Oakwood offers free car seat safety check
03/19/2008 - Oakwood’s Community Health Department is holding a free child safety seat inspection from 3 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 27 at the Livonia Fire Department, 35000 Seven Mile Road in Livonia. Trained and certified Oakwood Healthcare System (OHS) car seat safety technicians in partnership with local fire and police will be on-hand to conduct the inspection and update you on the car and booster seat requirements relative to your child's height, weight and age. Additional Car Safety Seat Inspections will be held May 15^th at Gordon Chevrolet, 31850 Ford Road in Garden City and May 20^th at Oakwood Healthcare Childcare Center, 3601 Pelham in Dearborn.
